Lab-dehydrated sourdough starter: Unlike kits with unpredictable home-dehydrated starters, my kit includes lab-propagated and dehydrated Enzo, which ensures consistent results and a smooth reactivation process for bakers at any skill level!

High-quality tools from small businesses: Each tool in my kit, from the Wire Monkey lame to to the Wild Clementine Co. bowl cover has been carefully selected for its durability, usability and longevity! These are trusted tools that I use all the time!

Complete and professional: With the professional-grade banneton, high precision digital scale and more, my kit is comprehensive, giving bakers everything they need for success, whether beginners or experienced.

I already have some of the items in the kit. Is it possible to purchase individual items?

Our plan is to make individual items available for purchase in 2025! Right now, we are only selling the full kit.

 

How many kits will be available for presale?

We are making 725 kits available for presale.

 

Why should I purchase this kit?

This is a comprehensive sourdough kit that contains high-quality items for beginners and seasoned bakers alike. It also contains specialty items that are not available elsewhere! 

 

SHIPPING

Will the kit ship internationally?

Our plan is to make the kit available internationally in 2025! Currently, the kit is available only to shipping addresses in US and Canada.

 

When will kits be shipped?

Kits will be shipped by December 16th, 2024, with a plan to be delivered prior to Christmas!

 

Where does the kit ship from?

The kit ships from the US.

 

Will I have to pay duties if I am purchasing from Canada?

No. 

 

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from Sourdough Enzo Inc, but here are a few solutions we can offer:

If your package has been marked as delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours. 

If the tracking hasn't been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please send an email to mpatek@LakeCountyPress.com so we can look into this for you. 

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Customer support must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, customer service will not be able to assist with a replacement or refund.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

The Sourdough Enzo Artisan Sourdough Kit is guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. Items must have been purchased from sourdoughenzo.com and must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unwashed, unworn, and tags still attached). If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping to return the kit?

The customer is responsible for fees associated with returning the kit. 

 

When will I receive my refund?

You should receive your refund upon the first carrier scan. Please note, it can take 7-10 business days for a refund to credit back to your original form of payment.
